What have I been buying?

At a recent trip to a garden show I bought a few plants and herbs....the prices were very reasonable so I came away with more for my money than I had expected :)
This is what I bought.....
four rockery plants

Saxifraga Arendsii "peter Pan" and  three Sempervivum "Red Carpet"

eight herbs

Sage and Purple Sage

two Variegated Lemon Thyme and two Common Thyme

......and two wild strawberries

I have also been busy with my vegetable patch...this year I'm growing French and Broad (Fava) beans, onions, spring onions, carrots (long and globe), beetroot, tomatoes (plum and cherry), cos lettuce, rocket, purple sprouting broccoli, swede, parsnip and leeks :)

Team Handmade UK

Hello everyone! I hope you have all been keeping well and are all happy little bunnies. I haven't written on my blog for a while so I thought I'd let you know what I've been doing.

I started an online team in February called Team Handmade UK and I have been enjoying getting the team going and working on establishing a presence on Facebook, Flicr, Blogspot and Twitter with the help of our wonderful team members.

Team Handmade UK is a friendly and growing team of artists, crafters and event organisers who live within the UK. We have talented members from all over the UK and it's been great getting to know them all and such a pleasure to help promote their work.

Guess What I've Been Doing?

Have you noticed my blog posts have been rather thin on the ground of late? And that It's been a while since I last made a new PepperPi Pals character? Well...just recently I have been a busy little bee working on a project I have been thinking about for some time....

...on 5th February I started Team Handmade Uk

We already have a wonderful collective of talented people!...
